Job Description
- Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow platform including analysis, design, development and integration with external tools
- CMDB experience is must (good understanding of CI class, Reconciliation rules, normalization rules).
- Experience in ServiceNow integration with external systems (Ex: Qualys, SCCM)
- Experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions that include IT Service Management ServiceNow JavaScript API.
- Ability to consume multiple web services/imports and utilize their information throughout ServiceNow
